ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.8179 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024, has not been complied with.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed in WP. (MD)No.8179 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024, a writ appeal has been filed in WA.(MD)No.2893 of 2025 and the same has also been partly allowed by the Division Bench, by a judgment dated 28.11.2025. He further submits that in view of the decision of the Division Bench, they would comply the order by paying the required amount within a period of four weeks. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are also closed.
