22361 of 2023) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose the appeal in A.P.No.123 of 2022 D2 filed under Section 16(1) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959, within a time stipulated by this Court in view of orders dated 01.03.2023 passed in WP(MD).Nos.4160 to 4165 of 2023 and also to direct the 2 and 3 respondents herein not to grant / confer any special respect of First Honour to any particular community / caste people in the temple functions held at Arulmigu Muniyandi Swamy Vagaiyara Thirukovil, Alanganallur, Madurai District, by considering our representation dated 05.09.2023.
