ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.152 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No. 152 of 2022 on 27.09.2022 against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.119 of 2024 and is pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkoil.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
