ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the 1 to 3 respondents herein to take action against the fourth and fifth respondents herein for taken away the property documents and LIC Policy and Bank deposited documents and also mobile phone and pro-notes from the petitioner's son Angusamy's custody and further direct 1 to 3 respondents herein to recover from the 4th and 5th respondents herein and hand over the same to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner had six sons and two daughters, out of which, three sons died, that one Angusamy, who was working as an Agent in LIC, died leaving behind a will in favour of the fourth respondent and that the fourth respondent had taken all the documents and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint. He would further submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR. No.69 of 2023 and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and subsequently, the petitioner sent a complaint to the second respondent herein and the same was also closed.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court, if so advised.
