The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No. 16779 of 2021, dated 20.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the copy of the communication of the Revenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka.A3/84/2022, dated 09.11.2022 and submitted that based on the enquiry, the petitioner's request will be considered.

3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the District Revenue Officer for enquiry.
