Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner presented the petition mentioned document for registration before the second respondent. Since the objection was lodged by the third respondent, the second respondent refused to register the document. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed statutory appeal before the first respondent. Since it has not been disposed of, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
