..Contemnor/Respondent No.2 Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Court to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent No.2 for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.4828 of 2022, dated 18.3.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Courts Act.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent No.2 for his wilful

disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.4828 of 2022, dated 18.3.2022 and to punish him under the Contempt of Courts Act.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.It is seen that proposals have been sent for regularization of the Petitioner's plot by the Government and the same has been communicated to the Petitioner vide communication dated 12.10.2022. Hence the Petitioner is directed to pay appropriate fees for regularization of his property in S.No.204.B4, Door No.19, Avvaiyar Theru, Pasumpon Nagar, Madakulam Village, Madurai District and on such payment being made, the authorities shall consider the same for regularization and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
