ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition was already granted to the petitioner and he also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
