ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 25.05.2018 and consequently direct the fourth respondent to renew the Licence relating to Shri Mariyamman Rice Mill, 28/14, Rajaji Nagar, Mannachanallur, Tiruchirapalli District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application for renewal of licence. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
