The petitioners/accused1, 3 to 10 in Crime No. 25 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent police have moved this petition to quash the above proceedings pending as against them. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No. 25 of 2021 has already been completed, final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avudaiyarkovil, wherein, the accused 2 to 9 were acquitted by the trial Court. The case as against A1 has been split up and it is pending in CC No.316 of 2024.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has been filed and the same was also taken on file and also except A1, the accused have 2/4
