PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.4193/2016/A1 dated 25.11.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner as the Salesman with all service and monetary benefits. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Aswin Rajasiman, learned counsel represents Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has already circulated a letter, dated 20.07.2023, to the Registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the letter sent for withdrawal, permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
