ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to take action on the Petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2022 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the Respondent Police and the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is recorded.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
