ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the third respondent's father has given a complaint and on that basis, CSR No.358 of 2024 came to be registered, that the petitioner's mother-in-law has given another complaint with regard to the different occurrence and on that basis, CSR No.335 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending and that the third respondent had attempted to lay pipelines with the help of JCB and the second respondent went to the spot and directed the third respondent to send the JCB and also directed both the parties to approach the competent civil Court. He would further submit that the present complaint given by the petitioner along with the earlier complaints are pending for enquiry.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as to the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
