2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the sale itself was conducted and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. 3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
