2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the Principal Secretary to Government, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.1) Department, has passed an order dated 07.10.2024, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, dated 07.10.2024, if he is so advised.
