PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.95 of 2023, dated 23.05.2023, on the file of the 1st respondent for offences under Sections 147, 148, 427, 323, 324, 506(2), 379 of IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and to quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners / Accused Nos. 1 to 7 and 9 are concerned.

ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 23.08.2023. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. 2.Therefore, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition to quash the charge sheet, if so advised.
