ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper and it is a case of job racketing.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
