ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.,) This petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of the detenues namely, Latha Salini, aged about 23 years and child by name Sutharsan, aged about 2 1⁄2 years, who are the wife and son of the petitioner before this Court.

2.In Paragraph No.6 of the affidavit, he has stated that he was not allowed to see the detenues, when he went to the parental home of the first detenu. It appears that there is some matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife and the wife is now residing in her parental home along with child.

H.C.P(MD)N0.1939 of 2021 3.If the petitioner is so inclined, he can file appropriate petition before the Family Court for whatever relief he wants as of now.
