ORDER

Today, the learned counsel for the respondent is present. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. On the last hearing date on 10.04.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get further instructions. Prior to the last hearing date, there was a hearing on 17.11.2022. On that date, this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of Mr.Su.Srinivasan as the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. This Contempt Petition is pending from the year 2022 and till date, neither the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner nor the Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent is able to inform this Court as to whether the order dated 25.03.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No. 786 of 2021 has been complied with or not. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Contempt Petition.
