ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to strike off the petition in O.S.No.236 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent No.1, notice to the respondent No.1, is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner, who is the 1st defendant in OS No.236/2023, which was filed by the first respondent/plaintiff for declaration and permanent injunction. Since the said suit is pending from the year 2023, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 2/5

4.Though the prayer is for striking the plaint, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose the suit within a stipulated time.

5. Considering the said submission made, without going into the merits or the contentions made, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.236/2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably. 6.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
