O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate departmental action against the fifth respondent based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 16.11.2016.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents 16.11.2016 to take action against the fifth respondent. Till date, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

W.P.(MD)No.24178 of 2016 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may permit the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5.In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for in this petition and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs.
