The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry, has filed this petition.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that as against the petitioner, a case in Crime No.28 of 2025 has been registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, on 26.08.2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
