[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The revised seniority list, dated 10.09.2015, on the file of the first respondent, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. In view of the order dated 13.10.2023, passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.5428 of 2016, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition, as the seniority dispute between the petitioner and the other employees has already been settled long back in the year 2015.
