ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) r/w. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.167 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the petitioner is said to have involved in 10 previous cases including two of similar in nature and including a case under section 302 IPC, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
