ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1604 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the respondent has passed an order and that therefore, the petition may be closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petition may be closed.
