ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Order XIII Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure r/w Order II Rule 4(14) of A.S. Rules seeking order to return the original documents, which were marked as Ex.A1 to Ex.A4 and Ex.A9 in the Original Suit in O.S.No.427 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif 1/3

Court, Tirunelveli, to the petitioner and substitute the same with the certified copies obtained from the Sub-Registrar's office.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection for the return of documents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed an additional typed set of papers, along with the certified copies of Ex.A1 to Ex.A4 and Ex.A9 obtained through the Registrar of this Court.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to return the original documents, which were marked as Ex.A1 to Ex.A4 and Ex.A9, to the petitioner after substituting it with the certified copies of the same on proper acknowledgment.
