PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 25.11.2016 of the 1st respondent in proceedings Roc.No.1798/GRH.Acct1/2014 and quash the same. ORDER

Considering the condition of rehabilitation home at Maneiyariapatti, the 3rd respondent issued a notice in the year 2016 to the inmates of the home to stay in an another rehabilitation home at Kanchipuram for sometime. This notice is challenged in this writ petition. 2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions received from the 3rd respondent submits that a new rehabilitation home has already been constructed at Maneiyaripatti, Thanjavur District at a cost of Rs.1.10 crore to an extent of 5517.9 sq.m and the inmates are accommodated in the said home. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
