This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Quo Warranto, to quash the appointment of the 6th respondent as Principal of Jayaraj CSI Annapackiam Polytechnic College, Margoschis Nagar, Nazerath, Thoothukudi District.

2.The said Polytechnic College is an aided minority institution. Hence, writ of Quo Warranto is not maintainable. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
