Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent not to prevent the petitioner from running the flour mill shop and not to harass him under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This criminal original petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute that is said to be pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that based on the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.1242 of 2021 was registered against the private respondents on 24.09.2021. The learned Government Advocate would further add that the flour mill in question is presently not running and that the petitioner wants to create evidence as if it is in his possession.

4. I do not want to enter into the factual controversy. It is seen that the dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other appears to be rather civil in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.20597 OF 2021 nature. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to keep away from the said dispute and not interfere in the same.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
