This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the brother of the Petitioner had been arrested and remanded. While so, the second Respondent had been calling the Petitioner often at odd hours. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents would submit that the Petitioner's brother had been involved in Crime No.91 of 2022, which was registered for the offence 397 IPC and was remanded. 4.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
