Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent relating to his impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2172/E/2016, dated 23.09.2016 and quash the same and directing the 2nd Respondent to pay the pension to the petitioner which he received previously to the impugned order, based on the earlier calculation by fixing his basic pension as Rs.11,100/-. 1/4

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to contact the petitioner, which shows that the Writ Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Petition.
