PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and thus render justice.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is undertaken in C.No.G8/17343/968/2023 and summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he appeared before the respondent police and gave statement, repeated summons have been issued to him without any conclusion.

4.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate 2/4

procedure.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
