ORDER

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondent herein for her willful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17805 of 2022 order dated 24.08.2022 and punish Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17805 of 2022, dated 24.08.2022, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.48 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, it was found that some sort of undertaking and understanding reached between the parties. Based upon the above said understanding and undertaking, further action was dropped and the enquiry was closed on 28.07.2022.

3. With the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
