O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.] This petition had been filed by complaining that the wife of the petitioner had been missing from 28.07.2025. In this connection, a complaint had been lodged before the third respondent and FIR in Crime No.70 of 2025 had been registered on 31.07.2025 under the caption 'woman missing'. 2.The matter had been listed today on being mentioned by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who stated that the detenu had been traced.

3.We enquired with the detenu, young girl of 20 years, who had been given in marriage to the petitioner two years back. She had completed tenth standard. She had left the marital house due to a dispute with the petitioner/husband. Her parents are also present in the Court and she expressed her intention to go with her parents. We also had a discussion with the petitioner and informed the decision taken by the detenu to go with her parents. 4.Since the detenu had been traced and is now in custody of her parents out of her own wish, no further directions are required in this petition. Thus, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
