2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned encroachments to be removed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informed the Court that on 02.11.2023 survey exercise was undertaken in the presence of the writ petitioner and others. Encroachments were identified. They were also duly removed. Now there is free flow of water. The proceedings of the Tahsildar, Palani has been produced before this Court. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.Recording the said development that took place on 02.11.2023, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
