ORDER

The petitioner, seeking permission for conducting Bullock Cart Race scheduled to be held on 05.09.2025 at Seemanipatti to Melur Road in connection with temple festival of Arulmighu Sri Andipalakar Swamy Temple situated at Semmanipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, has submitted a representation before the respondents and also filed this writ petition.

2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's request was already rejected by proceedings dated 14.08.2025.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner, enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
