ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi in Cr.M.P.No.4474 of 2023 dated 04.04.2024.

2. By the said order, the learned Magistrate had directed the Station House Officer to conduct further investigation and file a report within a period of 30 days. Admittedly, the said report has not been filed as directed by the learned Magistrate.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation would be completed and a report would be filed within a period of two months. He would further submit that the petitioner has not co-operated for further investigation.

4. The prayer as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The petitioner has not approached the learned Magistrate alleging any violation of the order passed by the learned Magistrate. However, the fact that the respondent has now undertaken to complete the enquiry and file a report is recorded.
