O R D E R

Heard Mr.A.JayaRamachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Kannan learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the distraint warrant order dated 08.12.2016 passed by the respondent and further directing the respondent to fix the proper property tax to the petitioner's property in Assessment No.80889 in accordance with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD)No.9902 of 2012 dated 10.02.2015.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side submitted that, pending the writ petition, the petitioner had disposed of the property. As of today, there are no dues outstanding against the owner of the said property. 2/4

4. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
