Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15822 of 2021 on 02.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation was completed and charge sheet was made ready and yet to be filed before the concerned Court within a short period. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15822 of 2021 on 02.11.2021 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11847 of 2021 and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons after filing the charge sheet before the concerned Court by the respondent police.
