PRAYER: This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 of the Guardians and Wards Act No.8 of 1890 to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 12.08.2022 passed in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram by allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 12.08.2022 in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2022 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that after filing of this appeal the parties have settled the matter amicably and the custody of the child has also been handed over to the petitioner.

3.Now, the only grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondent may be directed to hand over the Adar card of the child to the petitioner.

4.The settlement arrived between the parties is not disputed. Such view of the matter, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as settled out of Court. The respondent is hereby directed to hand over the Adar card of the child to the petitioner forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
