PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to take action against the respondents 7 & 8 and rescue the petitioner's daughter, namely Joslin, D/o.Sundarrajan, aged about 5 years and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to take action against the respondents 7 & 8 and rescue the petitioner's daughter, namely Joslin, D/o.Sundarrajan, aged about 5 years and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,30.09.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
