ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to remove the neem tree branches precluded over the petitioner's house property. 3.According to the writ petitioner, the Tahsildar had already inspected the petitioner's property and recommended to the Revenue Divisional Officer vide proceedings dated 20.02.2024. Despite the same, the branches have not been removed which have been precluded over the roof of the petitioner's house. Hence, he seeks a direction.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submits that the Revenue Divisional Officers had passed an order 2/4

dated 26.08.2024 directing the Tahsildar to remove the branches precluded over the roof of the petitioner's house. Since order has already been passed by the first respondent, the second respondent is directed to comply with said order within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
