PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's Nanja lands to an extent of 41 cents comprised in Survey No.136/6A2 at Vandiyur Bit-I, Maudrai East Taluk, Madurai District within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner submitted an application to the first respondent on 07.06.2022 for conducting survey.

3.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, submits that the application of the petitioner has been received along with the requisite fee and it would be considered on seniority basis after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and survey would be conducted within a period of six weeks.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. NCC : Yes / No.
