The matter has been listed today on the mention being made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2. The Habeus Corpus Petition had been filed by the wife of the detenue that her husband had left her and she had no intimation where he had gone.
3. The respondents were able to secure the husband of the petitioner and they are both present before this Court.
4. It is stated that owing to a domestic quarrel he had taken a decision to go away to Coimbatore without informing the petitioner . We had discussion with both of them and now the detenue /husband of the petitioner had been restored to the care and custody of the petitioner herein/his own wife.
5. We hope that if they have any domestic quarrel they will be in a position to settle it within the four walls of the house and not take a decision to put the other in further distress by taking a decision like this.
6. No further orders are required. This Habeus Corpus petition stands closed.
