Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare the sale deed dated 11.04.2025 executed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent vide Doc. No.3575/2025 on the file of the office of the SubRegistrar, Sathur as null and void and consequently to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to bring the property in RS No.12/5 measuring an extent of 59 cent in Sathur Village and Taluk for Public Auction and to render accounts for the furniture, production of match boxes and raw materials that were available in the Society at the time of winding up of the society and also direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the petitioners paid up share capital amount with interest by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 11.07.2025. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in respect of the second limb of the relief sought herein.

2. Accordingly, granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
