13481 of 2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAGALATHAN N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13481 of 2021 on 01.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that till now no case has been registered against the petitioners and the enquiry is pending.

4.Even though the anticipatory bail has been granted against the offence which has not been registered against the petitioners and the petitioners complied the condition, which has been imposed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11826 of 2021 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13481 of 2021, let the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners be extended till the process of enquiry is over and if any case is registered against the petitioners, they have to work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
