Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Order copy was made ready on 20.10.2021 and the petitioner got married on 15.11.2021. Due to the death of the father of the petitioner on 25.11.2021, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15594 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15594 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
