This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the award pronounced in C.P.No.3 of 2014 dated 30.06.2015 and quash the same and to direct the 2nd respondent management to pay Rs.8,59,497/- with 12% interest.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and accordingly, a memorandum of settlement dated 26.03.2025 has been entered into between the parties and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court along with a joint memo dated 26.03.2025.

3. In view of the same, there is no necessity of adjudication on merits. Accordingly, by duly placing the copy of the said memorandum of settlement dated 26.03.2025 on record, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms

of the said terms of settlement. A copy of the said memorandum of settlement shall be enclosed to the copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 26.03.2025 Index :
