ORDER

Mr,A.Thirumurthy, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondent. By consent of parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to consider their proposal dated 13.05.2025 for restoration of its admission capacity to the original strength of 101 students from the academic year 2025-2026 before the admissions cycle for the academic year of 2025-2026 concludes.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the proposal submitted by the petitioner college dated 13.05.2025 will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner College dated 13.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner. 2/4

5. This writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
