W.P.(MD)No.24478 of 2016 action against the fifth respondent based on the representation, dated 16.08.2016, 17.08.2016 and 18.08.2016.

2. The fourth respondent has initiated action, vide proceedings, dated 02.09.2016 and an enquiry was conducted. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not participated in the enquiry. However, the respondents 1 to 4 have conducted an enquiry and has come to the conclusion that the allegations were not proved. Therefore, the enquiry was closed.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
